1. The platform
What PettApp is and what we provide. Service availability is best-effort.
2. Accounts
Eligibility (18+), one account per person, accuracy of info, account security.
3. Customer terms
How bookings work. Payment is between the customer and the provider; PettApp acts as an intermediary and collects an 11% platform fee. Cancellations, refunds, dispute resolution.
4. Provider terms
Service standards. Honest pricing. Tax responsibilities are the provider's. Free commission threshold (first ₺50,000 lifetime revenue). 11% commission on every booking after that, except affiliate-only listings (pet insurance) where the fee model is referral-based.
5. Affiliate listings
PET_INSURANCE category is non-bookable and routes to a partner. No fiduciary relationship with the user is created by PettApp.
6. Prohibited conduct
No fake reviews. No service categories outside our scope. No mistreatment of animals.
7. Liability
Disclaimers; limit of liability; emergency-services disclaimer.
8. Termination
Suspension, ban, account deletion (self-service available in the profile).
9. Governing law
Jurisdiction; forum.
10. Changes
How updates are communicated; effective date.
